1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LongTravels website and booking services for the Mulholland Hills Retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservations

When you submit a booking request:

• You provide accurate and complete information for all guests
• You are at least 18 years of age or booking on behalf of a minor under your supervision
• Your booking is subject to availability and our confirmation
• We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm or discuss your reservation

3. Payment and Fees

Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation. Our pricing includes applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and service fees as displayed at the time of booking. You agree to pay all charges associated with your reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is displayed on the booking page and in your confirmation. Generally, free cancellation is available up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations within 3–7 days may receive a 50% refund. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

5. Property Rules and Conduct

As our guest, you agree to:

• Respect the property and treat it with care
• Adhere to the maximum guest capacity for your accommodation
• Follow check-in and check-out times as specified
• Not sublet or allow unauthorized guests without prior approval
• Comply with any additional house rules provided upon arrival

6. Liability

LongTravels Property Group is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from your stay, except where required by law. You are responsible for your personal belongings and the conduct of all guests in your party.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of LongTravels Property Group and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
